Winter activities There is so much to experience

The Schladming-Dachstein region is a very popular ski region, but the guests are not only attracted by skiing, there is much more to discover and explore. The possibilities range from cross-country skiing, winter hiking, snowshoeing, ski touring, tobogganing by day or by night, horse-drawn carriage rides, a ride on a Fatbike and much more.

From the house you have a great view of Schladming and you can reach the city centre on foot in a few minutes.

Skiing and snowboarding

Unlimited skiing fun amidst Ski Amadé with the Schladming 4-Berge-Skischaukel. The valley station of Planai-Hochwurzen and the centre of Schladming are 2 km away. A ski bus stop can be found right in front of the house.

Cross-country skiing

The cross-country skiing Eldorado Ramsau is located about 3 kilometers from us. Countless cross-country trails await you for classic cross-country skiers and skaters, and there are a variety of refreshment stops along the way. Sledding by day and by night is also possible.

Tobogganing during the day and night

On the Hochwurzen there is a 7km long natural toboggan run, which is lit in the evening. During the day this is a perfect change for the whole family and in the evening the adults can have a go then enjoy an apres ski drink afterwards!

Winter hiking, snowshoeing, ski tours

For those seeking peace, a hike ride through the snow with or without snowshoes is a great activity or a ski tour far away from the slopes. Highly recommended is a ski tour over the Dachstein glacier to Obertraun.
